A race for the new District 28 Minnesota State Senate seat has become official with the filing of two candidates.  Filing for the seat were Republican incumbent Jeremy Miller and Democratic challenger Jack Krage, both of Winona.
                
Miller will be seeking a second term...this one four years. Krage is a Winona realtor who received the DFL endorsement earlier.  The new District 28 includes Houston and Fillmore counties but was changed slightly after redistricting this spring.
