Habitat for Humanity--Winona-Fillmore County is now accepting applications for the new home under construction in Harmony.
                  
In order to qualify, families must currently be living in substandard housing, be able to obtain a conventional loan from a bank, have the resources to pay a monthly mortgage, and be willing to partner with Habitat.  Families must also be able to contribute a minimum of 300 hours of "sweat" equity.
                
Families can apply online at habitatwinonafillmore.org or they can stop by the Habitat for Humanity office at the Harmony Visitor's Center to pick up an application.  The deadline for applying is July 13th.
