The Rochester Post-Bulletin says its parent company will be moving some of  the Post-Bulletin's production operations to Moline, Illinois.
                    
That is expected to affect 23 employees at the Rochester paper, including copy editors, news graphics, and ad design artists...as well as at least eight jobs in the newsroom.  The Post-Bulletin is owned by Small Newspaper Group based in Kankakee, Illinois.
                    
The changes are expected to be completed by the end of this year.  Small Newspaper Group also owns daily newspapers in Moline, Kankakee, and Ottawa, Illinois.
