The BK5K road race was a huge success on Saturday with record breaking numbers. There were over 750 runners for the 5K race and the event raised over 130,000 for local youth organizations. The overall winner of the race was Festus Kigen of Coon Rapids while the top Winona runner was Jon-Michael Brandt who came in fourth place. The top female finisher was Maureen Keane, a Winona native, who currently lives in Minneapolis. The top youth finisher was Hunter Bailey of Minnesota City who came in seventh overall.
