A 22-year old Winona man is in custody on a 3rd degree burglary charge after he was linked to the multiple break in's reported early Friday morning.
         
Winona Police arrested Robert Tanel at his residence at 519 West Mark Street at 1:15 p.m. Friday after Tanel was identified on Winona National Bank's
surveillance camera's.

The bank on Main Street, along with the Winona Visitor Center on Huff Street and two businesses, including Mandala Center for Wellness, in the office building at 4th Street and Center, reported they had been broken into sometime late Thursday night or early Friday.

The investigation continues and it's unknown if all the break in's are related.
