Fatal Crash

The Minnesota State Patrol says one person was killed and a 57 year old Winona woman is in critical condition following a three-vehicle crash on Highway 14 east of Rochester Thursday.

The patrol said a vehicle eastbound on Highway 14 driven by 74 year old Robert Dusso of Eyota  crossed the centerline and crashed headon with a vehicle driven westbound by Monica Harrell of Winona.

Dusso was killed in the crash.  Harrell was taken to St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester where the patrol said she was in critical condition.

The crash caused a third vehicle, driven by 17-year-old Ashley Wiltrout of Rochester, to crash into the Harrell vehicle.  Wiltrout and her passenger, 15-year-old Justin Wiltrout, were also taken to St. Mary's Hospital in critical condition.
