Construction crews will begin work on a Highway 14 between Winona and St. Charles beginning Monday, July 9th.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation says motorists can expect single-lane traffic and there will be flaggers and a pilot car used throughout the project,  which is scheduled to be continue through October, weather permitting.

Traffic on Highway 14 near Lewiston will also use a detour beginning Monday, July 16th, while crews replace culverts. The detour will be in place two weeks, weather permitting.
