The City of Winona says Franklin Street between Sarnia and Mark Street will be closed next week while a railroad crossing is reconstructed.
                 
The work is scheduled to start on Monday with the closing lasting the entire week.
                 
Access will be allowed to the Winona State University dormitories on Sarnia Street and to the Family and Children's Center on Franklin.  All other traffic will have to use an alternate route.
