A 32-year-old Rochester man is scheduled to make his initial appearance on felony drug charges in Winona District Court on August 16th.
                   
According to a criminal complaint filed in court Mathew James Cole is charged with a controlled substance violation in the first degree.  The complaint accuses Cole of selling methamphamines to a confidential reliable police informant on three occasions...May 30th, June 7th, and June 13th.  The total amount was just over 14 grams.
