Arcadia will play host to a big family event coming up on Friday and Saturday, August 10th and 11th.

It's the fourth annual Ashley for the Arts Festival being sponsored by Ashley Furniture and it features a multitude of events including music concerts, art displays, a run-walk and a bike race.
                    
Spokesman Jason Lockington says its all for charity and to help promote the Arcadia area.

Lockington says among the main events will be free concerts by some national groups.

Lockington says the festival has grown from its beginnings. It attracted over 10-thousand people last year and they expect over 15-thousand this year. It also involves over 500 volunteers.

Other events include a car show, hot air balloons and an air park with inflatables for the kids.
