The Plainview Police Department and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension have issued a crime alert seeking the public's help in locating a man who failed to show up in Elgin.
                  
Authorities say Edward Kruger left his Chicago home on June 29th, enroute to Elgin and has not been seen since.

Kruger was driving a full-size1994 Dodge Ram pickup truck. He was possibly headed to Brooklyn Center, Minnesota.

While his last known clothing is unknown, Kruger is described as having grey hair with a close-military shave and brown eyes. He weighs 230 pounds and is 5-feet ten-inches tall.
