A statewide crime alert has been issued by the Winona County Sheriff\'s Department in connection with some stolen credit cards.
                   
Sheriff\'s Investigator Rob Averbeck says on July First, there were vehicle breakins in the Dakota-Dresbach area where numerous credit cards were stolen.

Averbeck said the male thief then went to the Nodine Kwik Trip and the Winona Walmart stores where he used some sort of spray to cover the A-T-M camera and attempted to withdraw cash after using the card for purchases.
