Riverway Learning Community, which will be moving to its new location next month, will host an enrollment meeting for the coming school year on Thursday, August 2nd. The meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. and will be held at the school's current location in Minnesota City.
The meeting will provide current and prospective families information about Minnesota public charter schools, and the history of Riverway which was established in 2000.
Riverway is a tuition-free public charter school and is sponsored by the Audubon Center of the North Woods. It currently serves about one hundred students in pre-kindergarten through the twelfth grade, and projects a enrollment of 120 students.
The school will move in August to it new quarters at Winona Crossings on west highway 61 in time for fall classes. For more information on the enrollment night call 689-2844.
