Members of the Goodview Activity group went door-to-door Wednesday night as they kicked off button sales for the 36th Annual Goodview Days festival.

The celebration will officially run August 17th through the 19th this year.

Lori O'Brien is the Goodview Activity group secretary and says this years event will be better than ever starting with the Little Miss and Mr. Pageant on August 13th.                                                                

O'Brien says this year's entertainment will feature an Elvis impersonator on Sunday the 19th.

Other highlights include the Kiddie Parade on Saturday the 17th at 10:00 a.m., the presentation of the Goodview Royalty and Button Contest winner that evening and the annual Grande Parade on Sunday the 19th at 1:00 p.m.

Goodview Days buttons are being sold for 3-dollars in advance, 5-dollars at the door and are available at the Goodview City offices, local Kwik Trip stores, Midtown Foods and at various Goodview businesses.
