Forty two year old Michael Schoeffel of Buffalo City, was scheduled to have a court hearing August 29th in Buffalo County Court on a felony charge of violating a no-contact order on a felony conviction.

Schoeffel is charged as a repeat offender. He's also accused of misdemeanor charges of trespass to a dwelling and disorderly conduct. Schoeffel has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Also, 25-year old Brandon Emmons of Winona, was scheduled to have an arraignment hearing August 17th on a felony charge of possession with intent to deliver THC in Buffalo County. Emmons also is charged for felony aggravated battery with intent to cause bodily harm.
