Here's a chance to learn how to cook for a small number of people and also save money.  Winona Volunteer Services will host a special demonstration next Monday, August 6th, on how to cook for one or two people.
                  
It's part of the monthly Moving Ahead to Financial Freedom program and it is open to the public free of charge.  Volunteer Services Executive Director Sandra Burke says folks will learn what to do so they don't waste a lot of food cooking for a small number of people.

The event will start at 11:00 a.m. and last 90 minutes.  There is still enough space for more participants and you can sign up by calling Winona Volunteer Services at 452-5591.
