Highway 14 near Lewiston has re-opened to traffic.
                      
The Minnesota Department of Transportation says the highway was closed for a time while crews replaced some culverts.  It's part of the project to resurface Highway 14 between Winona and St. Charles that has been taking place this summer.
                      
Traffic delays will continue along the route while the project is ongoing.
