The Tempealeau County Sheriff's Office says four juveniles have been referred to the county attorney's office in connection with a series of thefts from vehicles.

Sheriff Richard Anderson said the thefts occurred in the area of the City of Galesville and in the Village Trempealeau.

Two 16-year-olds and one 15-year-old have been referred to juvenile court and one 17-year-old has been referred to the Trempealeau County District Attorney's Office.

During the month of June the sheriff's department fielded several complaints of vehicle breakins and thefts from vehicles  in the Town of Caledonia and in the Village of Trempealeau.

Information has also been provided to the La Crosse County Sheriff's department  assisting them on several thefts they were investigating as well.
