The Winona LeJetz went 1-2 at the Minnesota State American Legion Division 1 baseball tournament this past weekend. The LeJetz beat Fergus Falls and lost to Burnsville on Friday and then the LeJetz were eliminated on Saturday 10-9 in ten innings by Grand Rapids. The LeJetz sent the game into extra innings after scoring a run in the top of the ninth inning. In the top of tenth inning the LeJetz scored two runs to go up 9-7, but Grand Rapids scored three in the bottom of the tenth to pull out the win.

Zach Benson went 3-5 to lead the LeJetz while Bryan Rohde, Roger Brosnahan and Skylar Marks all had two hits. Winona finishes the season 20-12.
