Candidates running for the First District Congressional seat will square off in a debate Tuesday at FarmFest in Redwood Falls.
                  
It will be the first time that the two Republican candidates in the August 14th, primary will go against the Democratic incumbent Tim Walz.  The debate will be carried live in Winona on KWNO-AM 1230 from 10:30 to 11:50 a.m.
                    
A second debate will take place on Wednesday, August 8th, between Minnesota U-S Senate candidates. It will feature Democratic Incumbent Amy Klobachar, Republican Kurt Bills, and Independence Party candidate Glen Menze.  A rebroadcast of this debate will be aired at 6:00 p.m. Thursday on KWNO-AM 1230.
