Monday was the start of high school football practice for Wisconsin high school football teams while most Minnesota high schools will begin next Monday. One of the few exceptions in Minnesota is Lewiston-Altura, which began practice yesterday. The Cardinals have a game a week earlier then most of the teams in the state so they get to begin practice a week earlier. Lewiston-Altura will host Cochrane-Fountain City on August 24th.
