Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie was predicting a light turnout for Tuesday's primary.  In the case of Winona County, certainly, it appears he was right.

Ritchie predicted statewide turnout of 15%.  In Winona some pundits had thought the voting might be higher because of a five-way race for mayor.  Not so much.  Voter turnout in Winona County was 14%.
