Pam Eyden and Don Salyards will square off in November's general election for the Winona City Council's Third Ward seat.
               
Eyden finished with 225 votes and Salyards received 146 with all precincts reporting. Steve Profilet tallied 24 votes.

Eyden currently serves on the city's planning commission and is a member of the environmental quality committee.

Salyards is the husband of the Deb Salyards who served the 3rd Ward from 2005 until she passed away from cancer in June.
