The Trempeleau County District Attorney's Office has filed a criminal complaint charging Tasha Kempfer and Michelle Johnson in connection with the death of Jeremiah Harris.
          
The two women are charged with first degree reckless homicide. Harris was rfound dead in the village of Trempealeau of July 31st, 2011. An autopsy determined the cause of death to be a heroin overdose.
           
Kempfer and Johnson are accused of delivering the heroin to Harris which resulted in his death.
