The Winona Early Childhood Initiative is hosting a lunch featuring retired Minneapolis Federal Reserve Bank Chair, Art Rolnick, on Tuesday, August 21 at the Minnesota Marine Art Museum
Rolnick, a senior fellow at the Humphrey Institute will discuss the economic benefits through investment in quality early childhood programming. Research has shown that investment in early care and education improves educational outcomes for all children, lowers crime rates, leads to a stronger workforce, and strengthens our economy and community.
