Vice President Joe Biden will be making a stop in Rochester Tuesday.  
               
KTTC TV reports Biden will be at the Olmsted County Fairgrounds at 4:30 p.m. on the second leg of his trip to Minnesota.  Earlier in the day the Vice President will be in Minneapolis for a 1:00 p.m address at the Depot Hotel.
               
Tickets for the Rochester appearance are free and are being distributed on a first come, first served basis.
