The Minnesota State Patrol says the driver of a milk truck that rolled over near St. Charles Tuesday morning has been identified as 26 year old Joshua Jackson of Mazeppa.
                   
A witness at the scene told Winona Radio News the crash happened on Highway 14 about a mile east of St. Charles. The witness said the driver had to be extricated from the truck which landed on its side.
       
It's not believed the truck leaked any of the milk but a second milk truck was at the scene transferring the milk.  The crash was reported at 5:12 a.m.
                  
The Winona County Sheriff's Department assisted at the scene.
