The Winona County Highway Department says County Road 17, also known as Pleasant Valley Road, is now open for traffic.
             
County Road 17 has been upgraded as part of the project to construct the county's first roundabout intersection.

Work on the roundabout on Old Homer Road is continuing.

The Highway Department says motorists should use County Road 17 or Wildlife Lane until the Valley View Drive intersection is completed.
