Wolf Hunting



The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources says the September 6th deadline is rapidly approaching for people interested in participating in this fall's wolf hunting and trapping seasons.
                
The DNR's wildlife research manager Lou Cornicelli says so far more than 4,700 hunters and trappers have applied for one of the 6,000 permits that are going to be available this year.  Cornicelli reminds hunters that Sept. 6th is also the deadline for apply an either sex deer hunting permit.
