HBC in Winona has again been named to the top100 fiber-to-home companies by Broadband Communications Magazine.
                
The publication selected HBC for their network deployment in rural areas of southeastern Minnesota.  HBC President and CEO, Gary Evans, said HBC recently completed its fiber optic networks in Dover, Eyota, Elgin, and Plainview, and brought full fiber-to-the-home services to Red Wing and Lake City.
                
Organizations on the Top 100 may be based anywhere in the world,but do business in North America.  This is the fourth consecutive year HBC has been honored with the distinction.
