The Minnesota Department of Transportation will host an open house in Winona next month on the Highway 14-61 and Gilmore Avenue intersection study.
                 
The event will take place on Tuesday, September 11th, at City Hall from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
                 
Representatives from MinnDOT will be on hand along with officials from the City of Winona to answer questions and provide information about the intersection study.
                 
The study was undertaken several years ago to see what can be done to alleviate one of Winona's busiest and most dangerous intersections.  A short presentation of the study will take place at 5:00 p.m.
