Dan Wilson of Winona asked the crowd of about 40 people who is actually in charge of taking care of the land and environment in the county

Following the brief press conference, the people marched from Levee Park to the Kensington Building for a 30-minute meeting with Paul Van Ejil, the land acquisitions manager for Superior Sand Systems to voice their concerns.
