The Fillmore County DFL says entertainer Garrison Keiller will headline a rally and fundraiser in Lanesboro next month.
                 
The event will take place at the Lanesboro Community Center on Wednesday, September 19th, featuring the host of public radio's "A Prairie Home Companion."
                
Sharing the program will be State Senate DFL District 28 candidate Jack Krage of Winona, and House District 28B candidate Ken Tschumper of La Crescent.
                
Doors open at 7:00 p.m. with the program starting at 7:30.  Cost will be $20 at the door and no advance tickets will be sold.  Proceeds will support Democratic candidates in the November election.
