The cocaine was over three grams and because the stop was made within a block of Sinclair Park, the charges can be enhanced.  Schultz was cited with preliminary felony counts of third and fifth degree possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, plus two other minor charges.

The case is being reviewed by the county attorney's office for determination of possible formal charges against Schultz.
