The annual Pickwick Mill Day celebration is coming up.
                 
The event will be held on Saturday, September 8th, and it marks the construction of the historic mill in the mid-1850s, and also serves as a fundraiser for the mill.
                 
Spokesman Vic Gunderson says there will be a number of family activities and crafts featured during the day.  Gunderson says there will also be free tours of the mill and a chance to see the mill in operation.

A pancake breakfast will be served  at 7:00 a.m. and a noon barbaque lunch will also be served.  The local Pickwick Mill Group has worked for several years to restore the old mill after it was devastated by a flood in 1980.
