The Minnesota Farm Bureau Federation PAC has endorsed U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar for re-election to the Senate. The Minnesota Farm Bureau Federation includes 78 county Farm Bureaus and nearly 30,000 members across the state. Klobuchar recently helped pass the bipartisan 2012 Farm Bill in the Senate by a vote of 64-35. The 5-year bill would reduce the deficit by $23 billion, keep a strong safety net in place for farmers, maintain the sugar program, and strengthen the dairy program.
