Winona's movie theaters downtown will be getting a facelift.
                    
The City of Winona has issued a building permit to Cinema Entertainment Group for remodeling the theater auditoriums.  The cost of the project is estimated to be $200,000.
                     
That was one of the 18 building permits the city issued  over the last week totaling $501,000.
