The Republican candidate for Congress in the First District, Alan Quist, will be in Winona Wednesday.
                  
Quist will hold a news conference at the Country Kitchen restaurant at 3:00 p.m.

His campaign says Quist will discuss the "Farm Bill" and why he thinks it should be sent back to committee for major changes before it is brought back to the House floor for a final vote.
