Farm Accident

A 53 year old Plainview man was treated at Winona Health after the vehicle he was driving flipped over.

Winona County Chief Deputy Sheriff Ron Ganrude said Keith Marshman was driving a farm truck pulling a trailer filled with silage when it ran over a rut in a cornfield and both the truck and trailer tipped over.  The mishap occurred along County Road 33 between Altura and Highway 14. It was reported at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday.

Ganrude said Marshman told authorities he lost consciousness for a brief time and was not able to remember what happened.  Ganrude said Marshman sustained a head injury.
