A new retail outlet will be coming to Winona's east end.
                 
The Winona County Recorder's Office reports that Winona Two Development Group out of Green Bay, Wisconsin, has purchased a site at 1035 Frontenac Drive. 

The land was purchased from Menard Incorporated for just under $388,000.  Plans are for a 6600 square foot general retail center to be completed in about three months.
