The Winona City Planning Commission will address frac sand issues when it meets Monday at City Hall at 4:30 p.m.  The Commission will continue its review of traffic impacts and road wear in the city from future trucks hauling the sand.
                   
In addition, the commission will continue its site-by-site analysis by examining the Highway 14-Goodview Road-McConnon Street site located near Pelzer Street.  Also the commission will discuss a Sand Moratorium Roundtable Discussion coming up next Wednesday, September 12th at City Hall from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
                   
Both the Monday and Wednesday sessions are at City Hall and both are open to the public.
