27-year-old Eddie Lamorris Jones of Winona was jailed early Sunday after police were called to a Winona woman's residence in the 350 block of East Ninth Street about 12:30 a.m.                       
                   
Deputy Police Chief Tom Williams said Jones showed up at the 18-year-old woman's residence looking for another male who did not live there.                  

He entered the home after she told him to leave, and the woman found him standing in the dining room. He then allegedly grabbed the woman but she managed to push him away and he fled the home on foot.

Jones was arrested on suspicion of felony first degree burglary, fleeing on foot and disorderly conduct.
