The Winona Unit of the Minnesota League of Women Voters will host five candidate forums leading up to the November 6th general election starting on September 19th.
                  
Prior to that the Unit will host an informational meeting for the public to meet the candidates for the Winona Area Public School Board's third, fourth and fifth districts. That event will also inform voters on where to find their polling place.

All of the sessions will be held at Winona City Hall from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. and all are open to the public. All candidate forums will be televised on Winona cable access channels on Charter and HBC.

On Wednesday, September 19th, the forum will be for Winona mayor and first and third ward candidates.

On Wednesday, September 26th, the forum will be for the Winona County Board candidates in districts three and four.

On October third is a forum with Minnesota House and Senate District 21B and 21 candidates.

On October 16th, the forum will be with Minnesota House and senate district 28A and 28 candidates.

And on October 24th it will be for Winona County SoilandWater DFistrict candidates in districts one, three, and five.

The election is November 6th.....
