The City of Winona issued 35 building permits last week representing just over 523-thousand dollars in new construction.
               
One permit was issued for a new home and that went to Phillips Development for a new home at 123 Cobblestone Lane in Pleasant Valley.

The home is expected to cost 253-thousand-500 dollars.
