The downtown building that formerly housed Brothers Bar has been purchased.
              
According to documents filed at the Winona County Recorder's Office, the building at 129 West Third Street was sold for 860-thousand dollars.

The buyer is listed as Schlitz-129, LLC of 555 Huff Street in Winona.

The seller was Investment Property Exchange, Incorporated.

The purchase also includes the apartments that are above the first floor bar which was reopened under a new name after Brothers closed down earlier.....
