There will be an informational session for the Winona City Council on Monday, September 17th, at 5:45 p.m. in the Wenonah Room on the third floor of City Hall.
                     
The council will meet to discuss the proposed Health Insurance program for City employees for 2013. The meeting is open to the public.

The council's regular meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. that evening.
