Voters in La Crosse will be asked on November 6th, to decide on a 79-point-8 million dollar bond referendum.
             
The funds would be used for Western Technical College's facility renovation which are part of the college's Vision 2020 strategic plan.

The college says the facilities improvements would cost taxpayers 39-dollars per year on a 100-thousand dollar property.
