Crowned Miss Winona 2012 was Serica Rowley, a senior at St. Mary's University, majoring in Social Science Education. Rowley was awarded a $1500 scholarship and will represent Winona in the Miss Minnesota Pageant next June.
First Runner Up was Jenna Magadanz who attends Winona State University. She won a $300 scholarship sponsored by the Fraternal Order of the Eagles. Second Runner Up was Laura Lake won a $200 scholarship,sponsored by Bob Kierlin and Mary Burrichter. Laura is a Winona State student.
The Spirit Award went to Stephanie Kostuck, a WSU graduate in Education. She received a $100 scholarship. Miss Winona, 2011,Shelby Siemek gave up her crown. Miss Minnesota 2012, Siri Freeh, was also on hand.
