Galvin--Felony Theft
A 47-year-old Winona man has been summoned to make his initial appearance in Winona District Court on felony theft charges on October 30th.
A criminal complaint charges Brian James Galvin in connection with the theft of several items from Borkowski Towing and Salvage in Goodview on June 26th.
The complaint says Goodview Police set up surveillance cameras after the business reported some missing items. One camera photographed a vehicle license plate which police traced to Galvin.
When an investigator arrived at Galvin's residence he spotted Galvin loading some items into a vehicle. The complaint says Galvin admitted to taking items from Borkowski.
The items had a total value of over $1500, according to the complaint, including a radiator, batteries, rims, and a hydraulic motor..
