The Winona VFW Club will host a fundraiser this coming weekend to help soldiers on active duty.
                      
The Save Our Troops fundraiser will be held starting at 4:00 p.m. this coming Saturday and will involve some special music and a silent auction.
                      
Organizer Mary Singer says the auction will feature a variety of items including many gift certificates.  The fundraiser is being sponsored by the Winona Sunset Lions and Singer says the proceeds will go to the troops and their families.
                      
Admission is free and refreshments will be be served.  Singer says $4,000 in donations have already been received but there is a need for much more.
